ASD is a Martial Arts Center of Excellence that has expanded its offerings to students over the past 12 years to include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), a ground-based self-defense system, Floro Fighting Systems (FFS), which focuses on awareness of edged and blunt weapons, as well as specialized self-defense courses for kids (Action Kids), teens (Urban Survival), adults (Ladies Self Defence and FAST Defence), and training programs for different organizations.
