We provide opportunities for ordinary people to develop extraordinary skill with sticks and blades, through the practice of Filipino Martial Arts. We specialise in De Campo 123 Original, the premiere Largo Mano system of long range stick-fighting, developed by Jose Caballero in 1925, who became famous as the Juego Todo (all out stick-fighting) champion of his time. The art focuses on high percentage techniques. As a Largo Mano system it s strategy is to defanging the snake by evading the opponent’s attack while counter striking their weapon hand, and then entering with a barrage of powerful and lightning fast combinations in order to end the exchange. Training develops the practitioner’s speed, power, focus, timing, distancing, accuracy, targeting, strength, fitness, endurance, and resilience.
