When Hanshi Kevin Blundell Kaicho founded the Kumiai Ryu Martial Arts System in July 1989, he had already completed more than 20 years of consistent martial arts training across a number of disciplines, as well as years of practical experience working as a security guard while holding a Master Security Licence.

KRMAS has developed into a highly regarded, respected industry leader in the Martial Arts Industry around the World from these humble beginnings of just 3 locations with less than 50 members to now, decades later, with over 20 locations home to nearly 2,000 active members across the ACT, NSW, and QLD!
