NQ Wing Chun Kung Fu Academy

The North Queensland Wing Chun Kung Fu Academy’s principal instructor is Pablo Cardenas.

At the age of 14, Pablo began studying martial arts. With the World Wing Chun Association, he started his Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu instruction in 1981. (Grandmaster William Cheung).

Pablo enrolled in the Australian Regular Army in the year 1984.

During his 21 years of service, he was chosen for an exchange program with the United Kingdom Military of Defence (UK MOD) and was also sent to East Timor for UN peacekeeping missions. Additionally, he has received training from both the US Army and US Marine Corps.
