The discipline, the distinct (and remarkable) skills, and the never-ending challenges are all reasons why I adore karate. Over the past 20 years, I have practiced karate. As a former sport karate athlete who now coaches the Victorian State team, I have competed at both the state and national levels.

In 2013, I founded a karate club in Torquay because I wanted to teach my kids about the sport and inspire other kids and adults in the area
