Southern Cross Taekwondo HQ- South West Rocks

Master Michael Wallace established Southern Cross TaeKwon-Do in 1999 with the goal of preserving and passing down the traditional Chang-Hun TaeKwon-Do in a non-competitive setting. Self-improvement is emphasized at Southern Cross TaeKwon-Do, inspiring each student to reach their full potential.

Southern Cross was established in Botany and has served the neighborhood continually for more than 20 years while also growing to include training facilities in Sydney, far north NSW, and Switzerland.

TaeKwon Do is a martial art that originated in Korea over 2000 years ago as a primitive kind of unarmed warfare. It is the hand and foot fighting discipline. Tae and Kwon both refer to jumping or kicking, but Do refers to a method or way.
